Employee Information Required

As part of our continuing implementation of a unified email signature system for Micronics, we are now looking to roll out this new signature block to most of the company. The new signature will pull information about you from your 365 profile such as job title, office location and contact numbers. If you are using Outlook on the desktop or through the mobile app you will see this feature in the coming weeks. 

Through the rapid growth of the company we have noticed that some of this information is not up to date. 

We kindly ask you to visit https://user.codetwo.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account; from here you can update the following contact information:

• Mobile Number (Company Issued Phone Numbers Only)

• Office Number (Nextiva, Teams, etc. w/ extension if applicable.)

If you do not have a number to fill in, please leave the field blank.
